Return Policy
How do I return an item?

We accept returns for a refund or exchange 30 calendar days after delivery of the product.* After this time period and at our sole discretion, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition.

A qualifying item for return or exchange must:

  • Show no signs of wear or damage.
  • Be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Be accompanied by the original sales receipt.


If you receive an item from BPC that is damaged, defective, or that you did not order, please contact Customer Support at 866-938-4991 immediately and they will issue you store credit.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item(s) once we receive it. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the seller is not at fault.
