How do I ship my backflow test kit to SVC-BPC for recalibration service?
- Complete the Online Form
Begin by filling out the required online form. -
Package the Test Kit
- Place the test kit in a cardboard box that is just slightly larger than the kit itself.
- Use bubble wrap or other protective packing materials to ensure the test kit fits securely and won’t shift during transit.

Include Serial Number
- Clearly write the gauge’s serial number on the outside of the box.
- We will match this serial number with the information you filled out in step 1.

How long does a backflow test kit recalibration take?
Most test kits are calibrated and ready to ship back within 1–2 business days. However, kits requiring more extensive repairs beyond a standard “tune-up” may take additional time.
Timely turnaround also depends on effective communication between your office and ours. To help us keep things moving, please ensure our Customer Service team has your most up-to-date contact information—especially a current phone number—so we can promptly reach out for any necessary approvals or updates.
